WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A Guatemalan man deported after two convictions of sex crimes involving minors in Warren County pleaded guilty in federal court to illegally reentering the U.S.
William Noe Cuellar Montufa is also wanted for murder in Guatemala, according to the U.S. Attorney Dominick Gerace’s office.
