HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WKEF) — The toxicology report for 55-year-old Doniell Snow, who was the wrong-way driver that caused a crash on I-70 in October that killed Snow and two others, shows Snow was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
The toxicology report shows Snow had blood alcohol concentration (BAC) levels of 0.234 and 0.273 at the time of the crash. The legal BAC level for drivers who are 21-years-old and older in Ohio is 0.08, meaning Snow was approximately three times over the legal limit.
