DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A man described by officials as a “menace to downtown” Dayton will spend the two-and-a-half years in prison.
The 60-year-old man, Mark Andrew Arden, was convicted for vandalizing multiple downtown businesses in August of 2025.
