MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WKRC) – Middletown Police have made an arrest of high interest in the Tri-State.
A social media post reports Jack Frost, born Dec. 24, 1934, has been arrested on charges of criminal mischief, impeding traffic, and inducing panic—particularly in the milk aisle of a grocery store.
The 91-year-old appeared before Judge James Sherron and received a 10-month jail sentence, with a release date set for Nov. 29, 2026. Detectives are hopeful that Frost’s arrest will bring an end to the chilly weather…
