OHIO — Springfield City Schools closed all district buildings Monday due to what officials described as a “potential safety concern” within the district.
A spokesperson for the school district said the decision was made out of an abundance of caution. District officials emphasized there was no indication of an immediate threat to school buildings and that they are working closely with law enforcement.
