BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) – The man who allegedly stabbed a Butler County Sheriff’s deputy has been indicted on additional charges.
On Wednesday, Feb. 11, a Butler County Grand Jury indicted Phillip Lovely on six charges:
- One count attempted aggravated murder
- One count felonious assault with a deadly weapon
- One count felonious assault causing serious physical harm
- One count arson
- Two counts inducing panic
Lovely, 41, was originally facing one count each of attempted aggravated murder on a law enforcement officer, felonious assault and arson.
