Attorneys for Judge James Schuck provide text messages, polygraph results in assault probe

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Attorneys for a Delaware County judge facing allegations of sexual assault say they have provided investigators with evidence, including polygraph results and text messages, intended to exonerate him.

Judge James Schuck remains under investigation following claims made in November by a female assistant prosecutor in Delaware County. The accuser, who was granted a temporary protection order by a visiting judge, alleged in court filings that Schuck forced her to have sex in his judicial chambers and subsequently harassed her via social media and text messages.
