XENIA, Ohio (WKEF) — A Xenia man has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from an officer-involved shooting, according to prosecutors.
Officials say 24-year-old Kyle Eugene Berry entered a guilty plea to two counts of felonious assault and two firearm specifications.
