Sixteen cats still seeking homes after rescue ordeal

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Humane Society of Greater Dayton said 16 cats from the 33 animals rescued in horrid conditions in late Jan. are still looking for a safe and loving home.

“When these cats first came to us from a large hoarding case, they were living in filthy trap cages, barely able to move. People everywhere reached out wanting to help them, to give them love and a safe home,” wrote the Humane Society. “Now, after medical care, patience, and a lot of TLC, they are ready. Some are sweet as can be, some are a little on the spicy side, but every single one deserves a loving home.”…
