Months after a deadly crash in Xenia, the driver of the vehicle involved has learned of his jury trial date.
Court records show that Adrian Hernandez appeared via video during a pre-trial hearing on Monday, Feb. 23. Hernandez and counsel entered a plea of not guilty for the single-vehicle crash that happened on Oct. 29, 2025.
The crash ultimately claimed the life of passenger Ashton Evans, 18.
