BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) — The former Frisch’s location in Beavercreek could become a brand new credit union location.
Day Air Credit Union has proposed a new 3,860 square foot building at 1231 N. Fairfield Road. Property records show the financial institution purchased the property from NNN Reit LP in November 2025 for $2.5 million.
