TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – Troy Police are investigating a pedestrian strike that occurred at the intersection of West Simpson and South Market streets on Friday, Feb. 27.
According to the Troy Police, a woman and a child were hit by a vehicle while they were using the crosswalk.
