DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a pedestrian strike that occurred at the intersection of Embassy Place and Republic Drive in the Creekside Homes apartment complex on Friday, Feb. 27.
Upon arrival, officers were informed that the involved vehicle was stopped on Republic Drive at the intersection of N. Dixie Drive. Deputies stopped the vehicle and detained the driver, who had six children in the vehicle.
