HAMILTON, Ohio (WXIX) – A 21-year-old illegal immigrant ticketed for speeding 107 mph in a 55 mph zone with his 1-year-old daughter in the car now faces possible deportation.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) put a hold on Alfonso Jose Villalobos-Pirela when he was booked into the Butler County Jail on a child endangering charge last month, jail records show.
Police: We’re not associated with ICE
Ross Township police pulled Villalobos-Pirela over on U.S. 27 near Herman Road just after 5 p.m. on Feb. 22. His wife was in the backseat with their daughter, according to the incident report.
