A 49-year-old woman was taken to the hospital after allegedly being shot by her boyfriend Monday night.
Around 8:45 p.m., police were called to a local hospital for a woman who had walked in with a gunshot wound.

A 49-year-old woman was suffering from a gunshot wound to her back, and the suspected shooter, a 49-year-old man, drove her to the hospital, according to Sgt. Roberta Baily with the Dayton Police Department.
