ENGLEWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) – A housing developer is seeking to rezone approximately 73 acres of land in Englewood for the construction of 162 new single-family homes.
Maronda Homes, a family-owned and operated construction company, has submitted a rezoning and preliminary subdivision application for land located on the north side of West National Road.
