MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WXIX) – A Middletown police officer has been indicted after she allegedly allowed a handcuffed teen to be whipped with a belt, the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office said

Middletown police officer Jamie Patterson faces two charges of recklessly and negligently failing to provide for the safety of an arrestee, according to the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office.
