TROY, Ohio (WKEF) — New motions have been filed in the Ashley Flynn murder case, according to court documents from the Miami County Municipal Court.
The court documents show that defense attorneys for Caleb Flynn, Ashley’s husband, who has been charged in connection to her death, filed a motion on Tuesday to seal future files related to the case until it has been resolved in court.
The motion also asks the court to restrict all law enforcement agencies and the Miami County Prosecutor’s Office from releasing any information from here on out to the public until the case is wrapped up…
