The man known as “Oscar the Grouch” has learned his sentence according to court records from Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Jonathan McMillan pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of obstructing official business. With the plea, McMillan will serve 90 days in jail and will also have to serve a year of community control.
