PREBLE COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — A College Corner man has been arrested and charged following a drug trafficking investigation prompted by complaints from residents in the area.
According to the Eaton Municipal Court, Christopher Meyer, 47, has been arrested on the following charges:
- Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs
- Trafficking In a Fentanyl-Related Compound
- Aggravated Possession of Drugs
- Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound
- Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
According to the Preble County Sheriff’s Office, on March 6, 2026, investigators went to Meyer’s home in the 100 block of Eaton Street to secure the residence for a search warrant. Meyer gave consent for investigators to search his home and vehicle.
During the search, investigators from the Sheriff’s Office and the Preble County Prosecutor’s Office found items associated with drug trafficking. They said they also seized about 240 grams of suspected methamphetamine and about 47 grams of suspected fentanyl…
