Woman formally charged after allegedly trying to hit 5 people with car after fight

A woman has been formally charged after she allegedly tried to hit five people with a car in Dayton.

Chaunice Alea Lamichea Benson, 30, was indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury on five counts of felonious assault on Monday.

It happened in the Mor For Less parking lot at 444 N James H McGee Boulevard around 7:30 p.m. on March 6.
