Two Dayton men indicted in armed robbery of Uber driver

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Two Dayton men have been indicted for an armed robbery of an Uber driver in Harrison Township last December.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Shaquan Barker, 20, and Armone Kinney, 21, were indicted on charges of Complicity to Commit Aggravated Robbery with a deadly weapon.

Kinney was charged with:

  • Failure to comply with order or signal of a police
  • Receiving stolen property
  • Driving under suspension

Barker was charged with:

  • Aggravated armed robbery
  • Felonious assault
  • Aggravated burglary
  • Aggravated robbery
