DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested a man Wednesday in connection to a Scioto County murder investigation.
Officials said the man, D’Angelo Blackburn, was wanted out of the Scioto County Common Pleas Court for possible charges for his alleged actions, including one count of aggravated murder and two counts of murder.
