Miami County Prosecuting Attorney Paul M. Watkins announces that the Miami County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Caleb Flynn with the murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn.
On February 16, 2026, police were dispatched to a home on the 900 block of Cunningham Court in Tipp City, Ohio, on reports of a burglary in progress and a report that a resident had been shot. Ashley Flynn was pronounced dead at the scene.
Caleb Flynn was indicted on March 18, 2026, for one count of Aggravated Murder, three counts of Murder, two counts of Felonious Assault, three counts of Tampering with Evidence, and two counts of Intimidation of an Attorney, Victim, or Witness in a Criminal Case.
