On Wednesday, a Grand Jury indicted Flynn on multiple counts in connection with Ashley’s death. Those charges include one count of Aggravated Murder, three counts of Murder, two counts of Felonious Assault, three counts of Tampering with Evidence, and two counts of Intimidation of an Attorney, Victim or Witness in a Criminal Case.
Judge Stacy Wall ordered a bond of $3.5 million. However, the defense wanted the judge to address another matter with Flynn regarding his children.
The judge had to remind Flynn what no contact means. “Let the court explain, no contact means no contact. It means in person, by texting, by email, by third party, by your lawyer, or by anyone. You cannot have contact with the victim or representative of the minor children in this case,” Wall said…
