Brookville City Council approves new flock cameras following trial run

After a test run, the city of Brookville has approved the extended use of 6 flock cameras to be situated in various locations throughout the city.

According to the Eaton Register Herald, the decision was made during a recent city council meeting, where city manager Jack Kuntz said that the council and police agreed that there was a need for them.

“I agree with the police department the cameras provide a very strong tool in our tool kit for crime prevention and investigations as well as learning if there is any type of individuals that come into the city from the highway (I-70) that have possible warrants or other designations then our community should be aware of it,” Kuntz said to the Register Herald…
