Warren County prosecutor opposes parole for ‘truly evil’ murderer

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) – The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office is fighting to keep a convicted murderer behind bars.

Kenneth Sandlin was sentenced to life in prison in 1979 for aggravated murder, kidnapping and rape. He is now scheduled for a parole board hearing in April.
