DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The University of Dayton’s annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration ended early, but unlike in recent years, it wasn’t due to riots or police having to disperse tear gas.
In this regard, the university’s new protocols around the celebration were a success.
