BROOKVILLE — An 18-year-old has been formally charged in connection with a high-speed chase.
Kevon Adams was indicted by a Montgomery County Grand Jury on charges of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, receiving stolen property, vandalism, obstruction of official business, and resisting arrest.
