DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Miami Valley Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in finding a woman facing a charge of an alleged rape.
The woman is 29-year-old Ciara Scranton. She is six feet and one inch tall, and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
