DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Crews were called for a then quickly cancelled water rescue incident, off State Route 4, near Harshman Road.
According to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch, the vehicle is stuck in a small amount of water after trying to pass by the river, and no one is stuck in the vehicle.
