Dayton man sentenced to 2 years for setting kitten on fire

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — A Dayton man was sentenced today for allegedly setting a kitten on fire in July 2024.

According to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, Eric Williams, 25, was sentenced today for the following charges:

  • One count of Cruelty to Companion Animals
  • One count of Possession of Criminal Tools

As previously covered, Williams was accused of setting a kitten on fire in July 2024.
