DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — A man under a no-contact order barricaded himself inside his children and their mother’s home before the SWAT team arrested him this past Saturday.
According to Dayton Police Department, officers responded to a burglary report around 3:30 p.m. on April 25 on the first block of South Horton Street.
