FBI Cincinnati now accepting applications for Teen Academy program

OHIO — Teenagers in central and southern Ohio interested in a career in federal law enforcement can now submit applications for the 2026 FBI Teen Academy this summer.

The program will be taking place in June, July and August in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, according to an FBI Cincinnati press release. Individuals must be high school students in “good standing” and must have written approval from their parent/guardian.

“The FBI Cincinnati Teen Academy provides high school students with an opportunity to receive a comprehensive look into today’s FBI. Topics include forensic science and the FBI’s Evidence Response Team, FBI Special Agent careers, crisis negotiations, and the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Units. Students also learn about intelligence analyst, language analyst, and professional staff careers and how these positions work together to protect the community.”…
