CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The owners of the Eastgate Mall are being sued for allegedly neglecting the shopping center as stores throughout the complex remain empty.
This lawsuit places the blame at the ownership’s feet, claiming mismanagement of the physical property is making it hard to bring in businesses and customers alike.
