The success in the MVL for the Tipp boys tennis team goes unmatched. Six years now in the MVL, and after the league tournament concluded last Thursday, it is six championships. Not only did they win the league title, but they swept all five matches in the league tournament as all of Tipp’s competitors won championships.
On top of that, Tipp’s number one singles player Nick Von Krosigk became the all-time winningest tennis player in school history, earning his 102nd all-time victory in the championship game on Thursday.
“I am really proud of the boys, the way they came out and competed today, and were very focused,” Tipp coach Kaci Matthews said. “They are such goal-oriented kids, and that makes our team that much better.”…
