BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A Middletown man was indicted Friday on child exploitation charges following an investigation by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.
Dennis Lahr, 76, was indicted by a Butler County grand jury on three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and three counts of tampering with evidence, according to Sheriff Richard K. Jones.
