Cobb Authority generates $178.6 million economic impact

After a year filled with leadership changes, All-Star games, groundbreakings and other high-profile events, the Cobb-Marietta Coliseum and Exhibit Hall Authority reported more than $178 million in economic impact to the state of Georgia in 2025, according to its annual report.

In total, the authority — which owns and operates the Cobb Convention Center and the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre — generated $178,650,000 in economic impact for the county and state, with operations supporting 1,080 jobs.
