Two Rockdale County Sheriff’s deputies and a Conyers resident have filed a lawsuit against BioLab and several affiliated KIK Consumer Products entities, alleging they suffered severe lung injuries from exposure to the toxic plume released during the Sept. 29, 2024 chemical fire at the company’s Conyers facility.
The complaint, filed June 10 in Rockdale County Superior Court, names Bio-Lab, Inc., KIK (Georgia) LLC, KIK U.S. Holdings LLC, KIK International LLC, and KIK Custom Products, Inc., among others.
