JONESBORO — The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Clayton County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating the death of an inmate following an apparent suicide on Thursday at the Clayton County Jail.
According to a Nixle alert sent out late Thursday night by the CCSO, Tyreak Delapierre, 26, was taken into custody on June 24 by the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office and the Clayton County Police Department in connection with a stabbing investigation.
