The National Weather Service at Peachtree City has issued a Flood Watch for Walton, Gwinnett, Barrow, Rockdale, Jackson, Clarke, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Madison, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fulton, Carroll, Haralson and Paulding counties through midnight Friday.
