VIDALIA, Ga. (WTOC) – A Savannah man has been charged in connection with a fatal Vidalia shooting on July 4.
The GBI arrested Joel Anton-Jamaal Brown, 25, who was already in custody at the Chatham County Jail on unrelated charges.
