Former DeKalb County Schools Superintendent Devon Horton is set to return to court Wednesday in a domestic violence case as he also awaits trial on federal fraud charges in Illinois.
Horton is scheduled to be arraigned in DeKalb County, where he will formally hear the charges against him and enter a plea.
