ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Two men were arrested on Saturday morning after a shooting broke out near the popular Edgewood Avenue entertainment district.
At around 3:50 a.m., Atlanta police were called to Jackson Street and Gartrell Street in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood, where they found a woman with a graze wound. Witnesses described the two suspects, and officers arrested two men after canvassing the scene.
Demarcus Barnes, 22, faces two gun charges, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, reckless conduct and aggravated assault. Meanwhile, 18-year-old Demarcus Weems faces the same, minus willful obstruction…
