The DeKalb County Police Department has issued a Mattie’s Call for an elderly man with dementia Wednesday night.
The missing man’s name is Earnest Tarver. The 67-year-old was last seen around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 23.
His last known whereabouts are in the 6200 block of Sayler Park in Lithonia…
