According to a Georgia Department of Health report, Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant, 6335 Jonesboro Road, Morrow, received failing health inspection scores on Sept. 29 and Oct. 8.
The restaurant received a 60/U score on Oct. 8 and a 54/U score on Sept. 29.
