Dash camera captured a hit-and-run crash where a man says he was just trying to get to the hospital to see his daughter as quickly as possible.
Channel 2’s Michael Seiden spoke to a woman who says she is one of four drivers whose cars were crashed into before the other person ran off into the woods.
