LILBURN, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Imagine having so much trash that you need a massive U-Haul to get rid of it. That’s the case for hundreds of residents of the Brentwood Downs apartment complex off Pleasant Hill Road in Lilburn, a problem Atlanta News First initially reported on back in May.
