DeKalb County Tax Commissioner Irvin Johnson said that this year’s property tax bill for DeKalb residents “is expected to be higher for homeowners.”. Johnson made the statement in an Aug. 15 email informing residents that DeKalb County property tax bills are in the mail and property owners can now access bills online and make online payments.
