Clayton County District Attorney Tasha M. Mosley announced the conviction of Arthur Brooks, found guilty on all counts by a Clayton County jury. The charges included Homicide by Vehicle in the First Degree, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Reckless Driving, and Driving on the Wrong Side of the Roadway.
